    Refund Policy

    Momentary Ink has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our product. However, partial or full refund or return requests resulting from application issues/user error are handled on a case by case basis by our customer service team.

    If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, send an email to support@momentaryink.com within 14 days of placing your order and we will respond within 1 business day regarding a possible return or refund.

    If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as the raw materials in our temporary tattoos do have a shelf life that can affect the end result, among other things.

    Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges arising from application issues are done on a case by case basis as determined by our customer service team. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products as they’re made specifically for you and no longer usable for future customers.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-5 business days.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and it’s been over 7 business days and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@momentaryink.com.
